You might find yourself asking why do I need a roof inspection if I don’t have a leak? Well, it’s because the condition of your roof is perhaps the most overlooked part of your home! Our home inspectors are trained to look at all aspects of your roof. We don’t just look for storm damage. We will check your entire roof for signs of general wear and tear as well as storm damage that you may not be aware of. Upon completion of the inspection, you will be provided with a report and pictures of any areas of concern on your roof.
INSURANCE CLAIM
Should our inspection reveal there is storm related damage, we review the extent of the damages with the Home Owner and discuss options. In the event our Home Owner wishes to file a claim and would like to have us assist with the process, a contract is signed. Our contract is written to protect the interests of both parties. It is explicitly clear that in the event the claim is not approved, the Home Owner is released of any obligation to purchase anything from The Ark Restoration and the contract is void.
RESTORATION
Restoring your property does not to be a painful process that results in stress, lost time at work or having to manage your own construction project.
